This information is collected for marketing purposes, for members to submit information (i.e., My Tachi Moment images) and for notifying contest winners and participants. Tachikara will not disclose an individual’s collected personal information to third parties.

Personal information collected includes the user’s name, address, email address and various interests related to sports, academics and hobbies. Tachikara will not require or request that the user disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity as a condition of participation. Information is collected directly from the user, or passively, through cookies.

Parents (or guardians) can review the user's personal information, ask to have it deleted and refuse to allow any further collection or use of that information. Please submit requests or other registration-related inquiries through our contact form.
